drink milk regularly but do not indulge yourself much with dairy products as it will add weight on the baby, it is enough to keep your baby healthy while inside the womb but not too heavy. make fruits and vegetables part of your daily diet, eat tomatoes, pumpkin, potatoes, carrots, oranges, grapes and avocadoes, they're good for your child's development. lessen intake of artificial supplements which may affect the child during development stage.
