She has not yet grown up. I think she is stuck mentally at the same young age she was when she hit it big. She has had people taking care of her for such a long time. Now she has 2 kids and is still a kid herself. Bottom line... She needs to grow up.

Miley is putting no blame on absolutely everyone. She's conserving because Britney is decrease back, she is getting targeted to look like the undesirable female. by the way, Miley isn't racist. there became an ASIAN interior the image! The OCA blew virtually each thing out of share because she became popular. The Spanish Basketball crew did the very similar element, notwithstanding the Spanish basketball crew did it to deliberately be racist! imagine about that.
