Your sore after you start working out, how do you minimize the soreness or get rid of it? (Top of legs, muscle about half a foot above the knee)

Mainly being a little sore after working out is normal, However if you are really sore after it means that you are either lifting to much or doing it for longer then you should (Over working the mussels). If just starting you need to get your mussels use to being work so start with low weight and for shorter amount of time until the mussels get use to being worked

To get rid of the soreness put some mussel and joint cream on the sore area and have a warm shower to ease the pain. Do not work on them again until the soreness is gone otherwise it will lean to something worse (Torin mussel, Stain, etc.)

Leg muscles are very large. Take longer to heal. Just make sure the soreness is gone before you do legs again. Especially when beginning a new regimen, soreness is a necessary evil.

You really stop the pain when youre getting used to the workouts. To at least control them take some Advil or rub some Bengay on the place where you are sore. there are those patches that you can also use.

NO PAIN NO GAIN.

A real Bodybuilder does not complain of pain or soreness as these are part of his routine life. You can help it with proper stretching.

Enjoy it & Good Luck

Walk it off. When you wake up sore the next morning, walk it off again, etc.
