I use the clearblue easy fertility monitor and I get two days positive...the egg can live anywhere from 24-48 hours so thats why you will get two days..And yes this means it is your most fertile time and chances of pregnancy are good....Good Luck!

I got 2 days positive also. It all depends on when your body detects the LH surge annd when you ovulate. Some women give off a really strong LH surge and get positives for a few days. I hope u had sex yesterday ad make sure to do it agai today to max out your chances of a baby. Good luck. And yes, you are still fertile if you got a postive. Your body normally has a surge anywhere from 12-48 hours before you actually ovulate. So the best advice is to have sex everyday you get a postive result.

Okay i answered a question similar to this before (she asked about them, what they did).. and here was what i said:
They tell you right before you are going to ovulate... And i wouldn't suggest one, really. You can do something that doesn't cost money and is typically more effective. Start trying about 3 days after your period ends. Every other day, because sperm takes about 48 hours to replenish fully. When you do..try.. lay on your back with a pillow under your rear for about 30 minutes afterwards. Repeat this until about 2 1/2 weeks after the last day of your last period...and it should work better than squeezing in sex the day you ovulate. Sperm can live in the vagina for up to a week, and your eggs only stay "alive" for 24-48 hours after they are released.. so.. start before you ovulate!!

I hope this helps you, too. Oh.. and i am sorry if its too graphic, but i hate using weird names for actual terms. Good luck!!!

The kit tells you when you're ovulating. Some women ovulate for several days, others less than one.
My wife had an extremely short ovulation period (mere hours it seemed) and if it wasn't for the kit, we'd never have had our daughter. But her cycle was so short that we gave up after 3 more kits trying to conceive a sibling. So when it says you're ready, go for it and best of luck!

Your fertility span can be up to 5 days, but usually is between 2-3. The darker the line, the more fertile you are. Also, if you tested first thing this morning, you may have had a building up luteinizing hormone (what the OPK measures) that would skew the results.

Throw the test in the trash and go have lots of sex with your partner!!!!!!

I hate to hear about people wasting their time and money on these stupid things.

If you are in a healthy loving relationship then frequent sex should just happen. Why do people go to such lengths to make sure that they don't have sex with the person they supposedly love any more than they have to? (that is a question, maybe I will post it)

Sorry I can't help you, I have 3 kids and never wasted my time on ovulation tests.
