HA HA its easy just unhook the clips and slide the straps down their shoulders over there arms...some have straps that unhook too...

Honey,
You will never understand until you slap on a bra and try it yourself.
You unsnap it from behind and pull the straps through your arm holes of your shirt. Then pull bra out from front of shirt. Took years of practice. But usually girls get the hang of it by junior high gym class.

They stick their hand under their shirt and behind their back,then they take their arms out of the straps and pull bra down and out from the front.
