I'm 31 weeks pregnant with my first and yesterday my baby turned head down. I can feel little punches in my lower abdomen, her little bottom above my belly button, and lots of kicks in the ribs. It's also gotten really hard to catch my breath.Will she stay this way until I deliver? Is this early for her to turn? If she's turned early, does that mean I may go into labor before 40 weeks? *fingers crossed*

I'm kind of nervous she may be getting ready to make an appearance a little too soon. I had to go into labor and delivery less than 2 weeks ago to have contractions stopped. I wasn't dilated then though. I really don't want to be pregnant for 9 more weeks, but I also don't want her to come now!

she can still move at this stage..that is how babies become breech...so keep those fingers crossed she stays like that..and im almost 28 weeks and my little one is already like that too..his head is down and i can feel his butt to the right side of me above the belly button..but he moves time to time...good luck and congrats..

When I had my 5 month ultrasound with my 3rd baby he was head down and stayed that way. Same thing with this baby that Im pregnant with now. When I had my ultrasound done at 26 weeks she was head down and still is. Im now 36 weeks. I doubt it means you will go into labor any faster. Never know though

This is normal you may have her soon or late my son was in that position when i was 36 weeks so i was ecxited to have him here asap but i went a whole month until he was born and the day i delivered him the said i was only 2 cenimeters so you never know but as stubborn as he was then to come out he is still stubborn

More than likely she'll stay that way. And that probably does not mean that you'll go into labor early. Remember, that baby will come when God wants her to!

my baby turned down very early like when i was 6 mos. and stayed that way almost the whole time and she was born just on time

this is when they make the head turn if they arent already down in a few weeks she will drop down and you will be able to breathe better but a new problem will arise. peeing alot again

yes she is getting ready to come out she only turns when its about time for her to come out so good luck

it is kind of early for your baby and your baby is going to stay like that until you deleiver and you might not deleiver early.
