Unfortunately, Columbia House is one of the most evil organizations ever constructed. You can never get any help from them and they will continue to send you DVDs. Once they get you signed up, you are required to buy the minmum number of DVDs (I believe it's like 5 DVDs) before you can cancel your membership. I'm sorry, but there is not much you can do. Just spread the word that Columbia House is a bad, bad company!

try going on the columbia house and bmg websites and explain it to them in a email under the customer service section or the contact us section.

The contest you entered sold your information. Whatever BMG and Columbia send to you-DO NOT OPEN!!! Just write Return to Sender-CANCEL!! in black marker and send back. Also, you can go online to their websites and write customer service and let them know what's going on.

There was probably something in the small print that said by entering you agree to buy "x" amount of products for a certain period of time.
Perhaps you could contact the company by email and explain your situation. Good Luck.

Horrible business practices. Here you have a long list of complaints about these people, to see if there is any action you can take, based on other users experiences

Also, report them to BBB and if you made a payment with a credit card, report them to your credit card company, to stop the payment.

Good luck and take care of yourself,

Cheers

Sorry, but it sounds like you've been ripped off. Be more careful in what you enter next time.
