Hello,
(ANS) The best way to find out your computers MAC Address (also called the physical address) is to open a command prompt. Or DOS window.
With windows, from the start menu, see the RUN option, open the run option and from the small window. In the field type in CMD.exe. This opens a DOS type window.
Next at the command prompt, carefully type in the following command (it must be exact).
type in c:\>ipconfig /all
press enter or return
The information shown should include your complete MAC address for your laptop.
Hope that helps?
Best Regards IR

run IPCONFIG /ALL at a command prompt (C:\>) and the mac address is the physical address for each adaptor. You may have more than one as the wifi, ethernet etc will all have different physical addresses.
