I thought about the way other might pronouce it and how people would say it wrong, so I thought about spelling it Maliyah, instead.

I like it, but she will always be correcting people because it looks like it would be pronounced Ma-lay-a Maybe you could find an alternate spelling?

Malaya is pretty, but with Rhianna is too fancy.Pick a simple middle name:

Malaya Anne
Malaya Grace
Malaya Kate

I like both names, but I think having both names end in the "ah" sound doesn't work. How about dropping the "a" on Rhianna - Malaya Rhianne, maybe?

It's cute, I like Rhianna, but I wouldn't have said Malaya right had you not wrote out how it's pronounced. What about Maleigha.

I do not like them names together. Maybe Malaya Rhian (pronounce Ree-Ann). That would be fine. When both names end in A it just sounds repeated almost.

Malaya sounds too much like Malaria too me. Not a good association. Rhianna is cute though. I do like that.

I THINK MALAYA IS A BEAUTIFUL NAME AND SO IS RHIANNA. IF THAT IS WHAT'S ON YOUR HEART TO NAME YOUR BABY. I SAY GO FOR IT.
