I'm just wondering because there either bare foot or not wearing socks in their shoes.

The focus is either the clothes or the shoes. Socks can be a distraction to what they are trying to advertise.

when u don't wear socks, it has a more of clean and fresh look to it. sometimes the socks interfere with the shoes or the whole ideal outfit. usually when models are modeling pants they are barefoot, because they are trying to model the pants and not the shoes so if u see a model wearing pants and no shoes, its b/c there modeling the pants.

That bothers my friend as well. He loves girls in socks. He say's it ain't like it used to be.
