Looking for sites where celebrities actually post and/or read?...?

I'm looking for some reliable celebrity sites that they actually post on? Do such things really exist? or is everything out there created by crazed fans?, LOL

Mostly fans or "personal assistants", I imagine. Most celebrities are too busy for internet chat, and if they feel the need for a presence, they pay someone to do it for them.
