Green and blue reef chromis are schooling fish, so your chromis may like some buddies. I don't know about prices where you live, but from those on the "net" here are some you could try:

A firefish: http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_Display.cfm?pCatId=168

A citron goby: http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_Display.cfm?pCatId=161

one (or a pair) spotted cardinalfish: http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_Display.cfm?pCatId=85

A royal gramma: http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_Display.cfm?pCatId=53

You could also look into a pair of locally bred clownfish, which should be in your price range.

This is too many for a tank your size, but you could get a few of these. Just try to stay away from fish with similar colors or body shape to keep down aggression between fish.

The chromis is actually a damsel, but it's usually one of the more peaceful ones. They do best in schools, so getting more of them would be your best option.

One interesting, but not colorful fish you might look at is a scooter blenny, or some of the other blennys.

Possibly a Firefish, the orange or purple ones. Neon gobies.
Royal gramma's are nice fish, but they're a bit shy sometimes.

Most of these ones run from $10-25, more or less.
