I'm sure that you would need to contact the Trades & Standards office that would be the best way to go about this problem I would think & as long as you kept a print out of the site details & form from the site you was in & when you bought the bud, that way you are able to prove you were ripped off.....
I'm only guessing that would be the best way to deal with it

What does "coned" mean? And if you are talking about being cheated while buying pot on the internet, and you go to the police and tell them that you got ripped off, then yes, they'll more than likelly laugh at you and arrest/fine you.

Who were you thinking of reporting it to?
The police will probably nick you if you make a complaint to them.
It wasn't the brightest idea trying to by gear on-line.
You should just find yourself a local dealer who will probally still stitch you up as well but at least its more personal!!
