Any department store should sell girdles, but not necessarily men's girdles. It may be only womens, but just buy a very large size I suppose.
It might sound silly, but try sex shops and costume shops. They tend to offer those kinds of things for males who want to dress up as females, etc.

that site looks scary lol, I wouldn't buy om that site I would buy from a familiar site that i have seen before just google it and look for a trusted site. And it is ok to wear one!
