The best quality canned tuna is Chunk Albacore in Water
Tuna in oil is the lowest grade - though sometimes I prefer it, as in Salad Nicoisse.
Calava: Though I disagree with your answer, check the Pastene products in your grocery. They make a tuna in oil, imported from Italy
