I remember my brother made a mistake and became a father at age fifteen. It was difficult on him, and indeed on all of us, and I admire him for sticking with it the best he could.
However, please understand that teenagers in today's world are not physically, emotionally, or financially easily capeable of bearing a child. Often the mother is still growing herself and now her body must also support a baby. The dangers of complications are much higher than for a physically mature mother. Teenagers are often just getting into life and all it has to offer, and usually in the knack of ignoring or deliberately disobeying their elders "because they want to" and feel they are too old to be babied andy longer and must do things on their own.
Ignoring such sound advice usually leads to problems for the teenage couple that lasts the rest of their life. The baby comes first. And it is often indicated in the long run just how far the teenage parents' emotional maturity ranges when faced with this change in life.
