I got one of those chain mail things, and of course, I NEVER believe in that crap. The on I got last night said,"A girl named Jen was madly in love with a boy, and it turns out, she knew she would never get him. She struggled for months and then finally, one night she woke up with a high fever. 2 days later, she died of the fever, and never got the boy she loved."
Well, my name is Jenna, but people call me Jen, and I am still in love with my ex, and I know I will never get him. I am not in school today, because I woke up last night sweating and I had a fever. Is this just a coincidence, cuz its starting to freak me out!

Sorry, I wrote that wrong, ok so then it said,"If you don't send this within the next 10 minutes, you will die in 2 days of the fever Jen had from being lovesick." And then I deleted it.

Rather sophomoric for a chain letter. if they had talent the would have just said "J" and state the death would happen the next full moon. A lot more targets that way and you can start from A and go like all get out through the alphabet.
Some idiots get their cookies sending the damn things because they have got the brains or cajones to get on some place like ASK to interact with others. There is no Magick, no real threat, and may they giggle to death while playing with themselves.

out of sight is out of mind, the power of suggestion is a very strong thing. Don't freak out, you are not going to die. If you are that freaked out just picture a beautiful white light around you. Think of life and be grateful you are alive. I break the chain always as I never reply or forward them. Im fine. Remember you are what you think not what someone else thinks. Let it go and the ex as well. Maybe it was just one of those things meant to make you think about something. No boy is worth heartbreak. Move forward in the belief that you are beautiful and worthy of love. Maybe he's not worthy of you. Dont miss out on life because of this. Let it go, put a smile on your face and be ready for the real man when he comes.

You can relax, and should! Those things are never real.
Even if you are going to die in two days, you really don't have to worry about much do you? You'll be resting soon!
What I'm trying to say is that you should not get nervous for two days and see what happens. If you don't die, you'll be happy you didn't freak out. If for some reason you do, at least you won't be freaking out before-hand. :)

Don't be nervous. Relax, drink plenty of fluids and call the doctor if your fever gets too high. Try watching plenty of comedies, as laughing helps immensely.
These letters are all hoaxes, but if you give into fear, worry and stress, you'll be working against your body taking care of the infection.

It is mind over matter. You thought that if you did not send it you would get a fever and so you did. You willed yourself to get the fever.

Don't worry about it, sweets.
Pure coincidence.
If you are really worried, find someone else that you DO have a chance with and 'break the chain'.
