Ok, don't do something that you will regret. Hitting your nose the other way will only be damaging it even more. If you are not a doctor, then I would advise you to see one, maybe a plastic surgeon if it's really a concern, or if it's painful or causing you discomfort in any way, you should definitely see a doctor.

I'm going to say no...you will probably just damage the nose even further and require more surgery to fix the problem.

yes, surgeons work everyday setting noses, and i am guessing that you are going to need a new nose going that drastic.

Not really. You gonna have to have it broken and reset. Just tell your doctor that you are having trouble breathing.
