Bemused is when we are struggling to find an explanation to something. Confused is when we've found the explanation - but we just don't understand it.

WELL... bemused = to bewilder or confuse (someone)
and confuse = to perplex or bewilder: The flood of questions confused me.

and bermuse, well, it's not on dictionary.com, so i don't know.

Confused means not clear, haven't got a clue.
Bemused means amusingly, strangely confused.

None basically (I'm assuming you meant bemused). Although, most people, when they use the word bemused, are generally meaning "lost in thought."
