Buy some swimmers Ear and use it. It will dry out your ear, and use it every time you get water in your ears. That way it will dry fast and you should not have hearing loss.

If you have hearing loss, it's not likely that swimmer's ear would cause it unless your outer ear (ear canal) is infected. Get to an ENT as soon as you can. You don't want the bone to get infected!

the hearing loss shouldnt last longer than a couple weeks, if it does, maybe you should go back to your doctor to make sure your ear drum or something more serious is wrong
