Many people do looking for new place to live.We have to work hard with all the human rights organizations and UN and others to find place to build this new counrty.

Its funny you ask. No government will recogonize you. Have you heard about the term micronation?
I know you are frustrated with all the politics i guess.
The micronation of "Sealand" is just a Roughs Tower in Bristish waters. It has its own flag and they declared it as a country. Its for sale now but it just cost 998 million dollars.
By the way their major revenue source used to be an internet hosting company.
