iln cape coral florida there is alot of inventory house has inground pool excellent location well some people do not see that area is booming minutes away from boat ramp that leads out to the gulf of mexico florida market is killing me i want to move back home...

There are tons of homes and properties on he market- and yes is the answer to your question. Typically a property would sell between 30-65 days- now its any ones guess. Try not to get discouraged if its priced right eventually it will sell. Hang in there.

Sounds like you're going to have to do your own marketing [and lots of it.]
You could start by putting a link to your FSBO or your realtor's listing at the bottom of your question.
After that, check out the shows on HGTV.com that give you tips on selling your home quicker.

YES, the market is VERY slow I live in Az and houses are not selling. I have a few friends that are realtors and they say its so low they arent making crap...

Unfortunately, with more Sellers than Buyers out there, properties tend to sit longer.
