He is still kicking around the Marvel Universe somewhere, I refer you to Fantastic Four #538, in the last 4 pages, It appears that 'Donald Blake' picked up the Hammer of Thor.
This was not the Civil War Clone, as that Clone did not carry the actual Hammer (see Civil War #7) just a copy.
So we will just have to wait and see when he finally makes his actual return.

Thor has entered hibernation in deep space. His fate unknown to the Avengersand they believe him missing in action.

In the Civil War arc Reed Richards and Hank Pym made a clone of Thor. He killed Goliath and then the clone himself is killed by Hercules.

He is currently in suspended animation (no pun intended).

By the way, as we speak, Marvel is working on the movie Thor.
