My wife and you are going through the same pain. Here gynecologist told here that the females most sensitive part on the body is the vagina and that she should use a sensitive lubricant like K.Y. jelly. Finding a comfortable position and being the one in control will also allow you ease the pain.
When we make love on a daily bases it hurts her and she gets dry but when we wait for 2 to 4 weeks it's the greatest feeling for both of us because she is at the point were she is ready and willing which keeps here very wet and lubricated. Plus when us men have to wait for a long period of time we finish faster, a lot faster because we are very excited and ready to let loose, but when we do it often we take longer and sometimes very long because we are not as excited (in other words we don't miss it).
Its hard on me to wait so long but let me tell you it is worth the wait and my wife sometimes will want to do it again. Whaaaaat?
Making a guy wait can also tell you if he's been doing extra activities on the side if he takes a long time to finish (HINT).
Excellent Question!

Neither of you are doing anything wrong, it's just some females don't have the ability to produce enough vaginal fluid for prolonged love making sessions. Trying using a water based lubricant (i.e. KY Jelly) to provide additional fluid. This might prevent the hurting you are feeling.

It could be a couple of things. If penetration is painful, it's possible that your body is not producing any of its natural lubricants. If you feel you need to buy a lubricant, I suggest that it be water-based.
It could be (bless his heart) that he wears you out. But the nature of your pain in the key. Your boyfriend bears some of the responsibility to stop if you are feeling pain. If it is serious enough then I would see your doctor.

well, i think you need to discuss this with your physician...but what i can tell you is that when you make love, you are working your muscles and if he is well endowed, you work your muscles in different ways and that's why it starts hurting. have you tried using lubrication? lube tends to help easy the pain that the friction causes...

Well, it's like wearing earphones that are too big and hold open your ear for too long, it starts to ache...
The best solution would be to use more foreplay to get him closer to climax before intercourse, or both of you, to get it closer together.

Megs, have you tried a different position? Certain positions don't allow for deep penetration.
