i had some yesterday and i came twic....and today my left nut is hurting so much .....iam at work right now... is there any thing i can do to get the pain away.....

Try an ice pak. Not very comfortable but it usually works. If it continues more that 24 hours, see your doctor.

squash your right nut so you can balance the pain
you probably pulled a muscle or something
I hear that wearing tighty whities is better because it keeps your sac closer to your body

apply ice and take ibupfrofen. also u need to see a doctor. u might have a torsion(twisting of the testicles), epididimytis.
