I have been to Ilocos provinces for years. Both are beautiful places. The last time I went to Ilocos was last year, and I have found out that Ilocos Norte is more attractive, and it has plenty of things to offer than her twin sister. That is my opinion only! My query is which of these provinces do you prefer?

My long time crush is from Ilocos Norte and everytime I hear Ilocos Norte, a loud ting of something is heard... It just rings a bell to me so I would always prefer it..
By the way, Vigan is in Ilocos Sur not in Ilocos Norte contrary to what the other answerer said...

I love Vigan so much and have many good memories of that place, so I prefer Norte. I also loved Malacanang of the north.
