For me, it's "Oh, Superman" by Laurie Anderson. I'm getthing chills just thinking about it now. The serial killer Dennis Nielsen used to listen to it before going to sleep with his victims and attacking them.

Well 'Black Sabbath' by Black Sabbath has a very eerie atmosphere, the story behind it is pretty terrifying too. The story goes that Geezer Butler (bassist) was heavily into the occult, so singer Ozzy Osbourne bought him a black book adorned with nothing but a golden goat's head pentagram for his birthday. The next night Geezer woke to see a black figure standing at the foot of his bed with a look of utter malice. Creepy huh? When Geezer got rid of the book, the figure stopped appearing. Thus, 'Black Sabbath' was written and Metal was invented.

'Tubular Bells' is creepy, and to think that once appeared on a chill out album...
'Jeepers Creepers' is sinister now if only for the film.
'Dans Macarbe' by Celtic Frost is trippy, nightmare inducing noise! I gaurantee this song will creep you out big time.

One man's 'creepy' is another man's 'totally cool.' I love O Superman. I just arranged it for my vocal group (just a snippet, as part of a larger medley) and we really dig singing it.

I think the creepiest song I've heard is 'The Twist' by Klaus Nomi. Now, mind you, I like creepy. So I love listening to this. If you can get your hands on a recording, give it a listen.

For me, the creepiest music EVER is the "Dies Irae". It was a hymn that was played at the time of the black plague. Check out more info here:
