help me please!!! the teachers at my school are going to be on strike if they dont reach an agreement with thier contract. please help there is only like 3 months left in the school year and i have an all summer job as a camp counsiler 6 hours away from the school. do you have anything to say on a p[oster to stop them from going on stike?

Wait, you're going to scab on them? Aren't you part of the teachers union? Teachers don't get a quarter of the respect they deserve, you should stand up and demand it with your fellow educators.

Funny how we look at things. I assumed you were a student and someone else a teacher. There are many of us who teach who are not scabs, but have a real concern for the education of the children, That is what our job is all about, It's "For the Children." " Stay in School"

Teacher contract negotiations are difficult to predict. It mostly comes down to salaries and benefits. I would look at their current contract. Most teacher contracts prohibit striking when a contract is in place. If it has expired, then perhaps you could be in trouble.

Your poster could say, "EDUCATION IS GOOD FOR KIDS SAKE"

or "FOR THE GOOD OF KIDS". Neither of these would offend either side. Good luck.
