My little sist'er Last LMP was 12-8-06 &she's not sure who her baby's father is if it's her X's or her current BF..Could she have gotton pregnant @the end of December or the middle of January..??She's 24 yrs old.I think she got pregnant at the end of DEC..she went to the ER last night ,she's okay know. They did an ultrasound she's 8wks 3dys.

Chances are she ovulated 14 days after the 1st day of her lmp, so that would be around the 22nd of December. So if she had sex with her ex at that time, he's probably the dad.

Well the dating at that time is not an exact science. It could be well off of a couple weeks. I know ours was and the baby was still born early of a couple weeks. That date will change throughout each scan during the pregnancy. The question really is weather it really matters. The right thing to do would be to inform her current bf of the situation and see if it bothers him. If he is ok with not knowing who *COULD* be the real father and wants to take responsibility anyways, then let it be - in my unprofessional opinion. If they are willing to have the child regardless and he doesnt care/want to know then let them have a happy life. If he does want to know, then it would be only proper for her to talk with him about their options, which there are plenty at this time in the pregnancy.
GL! and tell her that a baby is a very powerful thing, it will change almost all aspects of yer life!

Hi i think she got pregnant at the end because I am 12 weeks and 3 days and got pregnant in the middle of dec my lpm was dec 2 soooo i beleive that she got pregnant at the end. I hope that i helped alil bit!!!

According to that -she would have got pregnant after Christmas and before New Years. Sperm also lives for up to 5 days. So if she did someone a few days before Christmas or on Christmas day more than likely it would be his.

I think you answered your own question. If the ultra sound says she's 8 wks 3 days....count back and you will find out what day. But seems to me she was celebrating New Year's Eve in a different way.....if you know what I mean.....

Very likely that she got pregnant right after her period.
You usually ovulate 14 days after the fist day of your period...(if you have regular periods - 28days)
