Give me a break...I did not feel any differently than when I saw forest whitaker kiss his wife, or anyone else who kissed their spouse. She is a well know lesbian who has a wife and children, this should not of come as a suprise to anyone and it is well within her rights to kiss the person she loves upon hearing the news.
The media needs to get over it and start reporting about things that matter, like wars and soldiers dying!

Absolutely awesome! I think people care far less about it than the "media hype" would have us believe. I mean, come on, Ellen hosted, Melissa won and kissed her spouse, even Barbara Walters had a special featuring Ellen before the Oscars.

I agree with deez....I didn't even notice it until it was on every channel. Like it hasn't happened a million times on TV before.
Who cares, it's her girlfriend/parter, it was a happy moment for Melissa, so she kissed the person she loves.

Honestly...it makes me sick...to see how people bend their beliefs toward that kind of sickness.

I don't care what anyone thinks about the way I believe...because I stand for the truth.
I don't say I believe their way to be popular.
I stand for what is right.
God made Adam and Eve....figure it out.

they pretend one is the husband and the other the wife....WHY? Or one man is sooo feminine he wants to be a girl and marry a guy.
It's all so sick.
