I live near all three cities. My favorite is Charleston, but it's expensive to live there. Beautiful place though, very historical.

I Live in Charleston S.C. so of course I am going to say Charleston but my second choice would be Savannah and then Jacksonville because Jacksonville is a big City and I dont want to live in a big city.

It depends what your plans are
Savannah , GA is quite boring . OK beach , pricey houses, no good restaurants , but great golfing. Sleepy town would describe it
Jacksonville, FL beautiful weather year round except summer when it is too hot, nice beach , no culture, no diversity, limited restaurant and entertainment selection.
Charleston, Sc Don't know much about it , but I believe has more diversity , it is bigger which will ultimately give you more places to go .
Really neither choice is great

I would say Charleston just because it's so pretty and historic. Savannah is pretty boring, and I'm not too thrilled about Jacksonville.

Charleston S.C. is for sure the best place to live. I have stayed there a lot with family that lives there. The beaches , the senery, and so much to learn and see. Go to Charleston it is such a great place and such a experance to remember for ever.

i would say go with jacksonville first then charleston sc
savannah ga is very boring

I would have to recommend you give Sarasota Florida a chance check it out or better yet Southern California
