Because they are a bunch of inconsiderate idiots. It really is horrible that they don't post something so at least we all aren't bringing our computers in and paying money when nothing is wrong. This really ticks me off....

i just got a survey from yahoo and told them they should have posted it on the web site and instead letting everyone think i t was on their end and I worked on mine for2 days before I knew it was their problem I let them have it
