Give a massage, make dinner, buy someone a just because card, offer a compliment about something they may feel insecure about, be spontaneous and go on an adventure, be a listener and let someone vent, visit an animal shelter and feed stray animals, take someone shopping, make something from scratch and give it to them, take someone to the movies...

1-call them just thinking of you.2-would you like to have lunch this week3 send a note to them or give it to them4 make them something in mind for them. 5 ask if there is anything you could do for them 6 when going to the store ask if they would like you to pick something up for them. 7 smile 8 listen to them when they need me.9 just be me and be polite.

There are none. You cannot "make" anyone happy or sad or anything else. That's their choice. You can do nice things and possibly contribute to their feeling of happiness/well-being if they choose to be happy because of something you did, but that's as close as it gets.

LOVE THE PERSON NO MATTER WHO THEY ARE.
CALL THE PERSON AND ASK HOW ARE THEY DOING.
ASK THEM TO JOIN YOU TO GO TO A MOVIE OR JUST SIT AND TALK SOME PLACE.
WHEN YOU HEAR THEY HAVE BAD NEWS SUCH AS A DEATH IN THE FAMILY CHECK UP ON THE PERSON.
MAIL THE PERSON A THINKING ABOUT YOU CARD,WHENEVER YOU CAN.
