If you are able to get to other websites, then there's a problem on the other end with the website where you're getting the error. All you can do is wait and try again later and see if they fix it.
If you get the same error no matter what website you try to go to, then there's a problem with your Internet connection. Check your own equipment and make sure everything's connected and working. If all is fine and you still can't get online, call your ISP for assistance.

What is the URL? Is it your site? If not, then there is probably an error on the server!
