thinking about outsourcing telecommuting jobs to agents. how do they get paid???

Gosh, that really depends on the job.
Telecommuting just means doing the job somewhere removed from the normal place of work (company site)

If an accountant was working at home, he would be paid salary, and order desk clerk,would get salary, a sales person who contacts customers to get sales , may get commision, or salary or both.
