I have debating with my boss at work because we have someone here who smells and we have sooo many comments from soo many people that we are all thinking about ways for them to get cleaned up, but until there is a tool that stretches and bends into different angles and that also has lots of power for water to go through without changing that specific angle, I just don't know.......
That is disgusting though.........now I bring a lemon with me and while I am in that area since for work reasons I can't avoid not going there I peel it and cut it and eat it to get rid of the smell......I suppose they could put a diaper and change it but I don't think they make diapers that big either!!!

this is kind of gross but i did know someone who was like 500 pounds and they just went all over themselves and never bothered to wipe. that is right! they just sat in it and sat in it until their butthole closed up from all of the poop being there and then they had to go to the hospital to have all of it removed so they could go again. true story. i swear. i do think people like that at least normal people anyway do use their underwear and then just toss it. the person i was talking about was just too lazy to wipe. hope this helps. good luck.

it is obviously a hard task fo ra biggger person to wipe... it may be that he is throwing away is under wear becasue they have been used to wipe... but if he can reach witht he undies why doesnt he just use toilet paper.... maybe he flosses it with his underwear... you may want to also ask why biggerpeople smell worse then smaller people... its becuase bigger people can not wash all around... they actually just cant reach.. hope i could help..

Not a clue, nor do I even want to know. Now that thought is burned in my mind for the rest of the day, yuck. Actually the thought of anyone going to the washroom is not appealing to me.

He probably left a few marks and didn't' want to be embarrassed so he chucked them. Most men, even skinny guys, sometimes don't wipe good.

They use a wooden spoon wrapped in toilet paper that is also how they wash their balls and anus, so don't EVER eat soup over at their house.
