It will be interesting to watch. There will be no other effects though.

Some people in some parts of the world will stay up later than usual. Some in other parts will get up earlier. Some people will catch colds from staying outside at night in early March without a jacket on. (A few may even die as a result.) And there may be an upswing in the sale of telescopes, cameras, film and memory cards.
