Where can I find book printers that print 99 cent booklets.?

I am writing guide,how-to, and inspirational books and booklets. The cost of the booklets will sell for 99cents to around $5.00. I need to find printers that will print these types of booklets. The booklets will be around 40 pages.

Have you tried BHS? I think tesco also have what you are after.
