I have a friend (male) who I'm attraced to, and others believe he is attracted to me. We both flirt with eachother as well. We haven't discussed our attraction yet. The problem is he has a short temper with me. I confronted him about it and he said I'm the only one who he has a short temper with (within a group of friends). Why only me?

If he is attracted to you and doesn't want to admit it, then he's probably acting out of frustration. Since you're the one he's attracted to, you're the one he's frustrated with.

Perhaps it's a manifestation of his frustration with both you and himself - that you'll both flirt and dance around each other, when you should be dancing with each other.

Maybe you push a button that no one else does. You should talk about and find out what it is, then you can stop doing it.
