I wear a very padded bra and use silicone enhancers to fill it out. I do everything I can to keep this a secret. I have to go on a trip and share a room with another girl. I am so nervous about her finding out. I am a 32aa and pad to a c cup. It would be so emberessing to be found out. How can I keep it a secret? I am so nervous.

You're adding 3 cup sizes which is a lot, and I won't repeat what others have already said. Almost every girl has at least one padded bra, and I think a majority wear some padding most of the time and a lot of padding on occasion. I know I do. So there is no need to be self-conscious about it. If you just can't get past being embarrassed then you could change in private or you could wear your bra to bed under a big T shirt.

If it's like.. changing in front of her, then i suggest just wearing a cami or tank top or an undershirt whatever.. And I guess since you're really worried about it you'll probably need to sleep with our bra on, if you don't already. As far as like.. if you have to get out of the shower, just bring a change of clothes into the bathroom and change in there so she won't see there's not an AA cup under your towel. Who knows, maybe you'll bond with this girl and be comfortable enough to tell her.
I recomend not padding your bra that much, if you insist on padding at all. I know it seems embarassing to not be developed but it may be more embarassing for others to find out how you're hiding your real body & that will show lack of self confidence. And think about if you ever get intimate with a boy, it's like tricking him and if he finds out then you can be sure he'll tell other people.

why r u making it seem so complicated? first she doesn't have to know about this, and if she did, dont act like its a big deal around her, coz if u do then she will think its a big deal, but if u act like pff whatever, she will tooo.. so just relax its no big deal, but a little advice for you, don't make things wayyyyyy larger than they truly are, just a little.. some enhancers but not that of a difference coz then u'll surprise the guy you're with, and please no plastic surgery, everyone is beautiful the way they are,, and i find the person who's confident about the way they are no matter what are the most attractive people, i admire them.. they r original, and they dont get influenced with all the bull.. around, if u act and talk this way, they will overlook, even loooove what you have.. =) be thanksful, some ppl dont have what you have. hope it helped.. take care..

If you can trust her, tell her before you leave for the trip. Then you won't have to worry about her finding out.
But maybe that isn't an option. Change in bathrooms, sleep in baggy shirts, and at night don't let her see the pads. If she isn't going to see you changing, there is a good chance she will never notice anything.
If she finds out it will be something to laugh about. All girls have insecurities and she will probably be able to relate. Besides, it's not like girls really care about their friends' breasts.

you should try victorias secret body by victoria padded demi bra. it only adds a cup size, but it looks and feels natural, and there's no worry of anything falling out, because the padding is fully enclosed. Also if you want to check out fredericks of hollywood, they have "breast forms" there, and suggest bras in which they fit well.

Keep it on except for when you are showering.
I'd like to suggest you slowly back off the padding. You might want to go and be fitted. I went up a good cup size by adjusting my band size.
Eventually someone is going to see you as you are. Wouldn't that go smoother if you were already happy with who you are.

The infamous chicken cutlets... That's what I call the silicone inserts. I, too, used to use those (before I got a boob job!)... My husband used to call it "false advertising", but so what! It's no body's business. Sleep in a big thick shirt, and get dressed in the bathroom. Take the cutlets in the shower with you to wash them. There is no reason for you to have to be naked or to dress in front of her. But if it happens, so what. Chicks don't usually care about that sort of thing. We all have our insecurities. When I used to wear those, all of my friends knew and they used to fight over trying them on! haha. If this is simple a co-worker that you are on a trip with, then I say just lock yourself in the bathroom to work it out.

I'm not very large in the chest either, and have thought about using falsies now & then. But situations like the one described above have always kept me from using them, life is a lot less complicated that way. Never mind other women, what about a guy you are dating? I think that would be alot more awkward to explain!!

Why worry about this? Be proud of who you are and how you look. And besides, believe me, a lot of women wear padded bras- there is nothing to be embarrassed about.

Make sure you keep you suit case closed, and take a robe with you.
Only get changed when she is in the shower. If she goes first you can undress, put on your robe and hide your bra and inserts in your cloths, take them with and dress before leaving the bathroom. If you shower first, just come out in your robe and change when she goes in.
