A few that may go extinct:
Woodland Caribou
Polar Bear
Spotted Owl
Kermode Bear - White Bears along the Pacific Coast in North America.
The Grizzly Bear populations have stabilized in Western Canada as well Wolf populations have increased in the last 5 to 10 years in Western Canada and are placing a huge strain on the Woodland Caribou populations as they are easier to kill than the Moose or White-Tail/Mule Deer.

The Baiji river dolphin is believed to have gone beyond functional extinction, the last expedition did not return any sightings at all. So they may be entirely extinct already.
The western Atlantic population of Right Whales, due to overhunting and bycatch, is also believed by many scientists to be functionally extinct. This is in part due to global warming- oscillations in the NAO have disrupted plankton supplies, cutting off their food source. Due to shipping noise and entanglement in fishing nets, I'd say the next major group to go will be big marine mammals-the whales.

Unfortunately, there will be many. With Global Warming and the Earth shifts and the lack of Rain Forrests and so much pollution we will lose many species.
I think these will go first:
The polar bear
Pandas
Siberian Tigers (white tigers too)
The bald Eagle
Wolves
Grissly Bears
Buffaloe
These are just a few. But with Global Warming the Polar Bear will be extinct first as it can not live anywhere else except there and in climate controlled zoos. We all need to do our part to help Mother Earth Heal. If we do that we can save so many animals.

The snow leopard is one of the most endangered species in the world due to the fur being highly coveted for clothing. If you look up a picture of one of them you will see why, but it is also because they are mainly found in the high elevations and snowy climates which can make things difficult to find sufficient amounts of food.

Probably some small species that we never heard of...such as a mussel in creeks that have become polluted. Most endangered species are small or aquatic, not the big gray wolves, eagles, or other species which receive the most press.

The Florida Panther, there are only 100 or less left in the wild and many are showing signs of genetic problems because of low gene pools.
