"They turn to stare daggers at me. The typist’s daggers come wrapped in Kleenex, I guess so they don’t get shiit on them."
(I amnot sure about the meaning of this part:"The typist’s daggers come wrapped in Kleenex". Does the author really mean a kleenex or not?Would you please tell me your idea?

It's a joke, son. Staring (should be glaring) daggers is a very trite cliche, so the author mixed it up by saying the typist, apparently a very fussy-neat type of person, has his/her metaphorical daggers wrapped in metaphorical tissue to avoid contamination.

I think the author is saying that the typist is giving the protagonist dirty looks i.e. "daggers" while crying - hence the Kleenex". Obviously if something hurtful was said then the remarks may reduce someone to tears.

Metaphor for certain
I guess:
The typist was staring daggers (angrily) wrapped in Kleenex (sorrow).

Maybe whatever it was, was a hurtful action and made the typist angry at the person and personally hurt from it 'thing/action/statement' .

The obvious cliche metaphor: stare daggers, means their upset. The typist is either crying or he is guarding his stare so it is not as lethal as the others'. Honestly, just look at the context clues and see how the narrator and typist are related.

of course not. do they really "stare daggers"?? no. its some metaphor. but its hard to really say because i dont kno why theyre all angry or why the typists daggers are shielded. so there cant be a trail to them?

Yes, he means literally. Kleenex, the wipes, as a symbol of some obsession (it`s the typist, and You can imagine her being neat, tidy, clean, ...., blood-thirsty, cold...Kleenex says it all)

Two elements, one the feeling of insecurity that comes from a person's stare. The tears are disappointment, shame, judgment and people would shield intentions so you do not know the real reason but you feel the mysterious stare.

Where did this come from? Try using context clues to figure it out. There has to be more than just that quote.
