In Israel it's illegal with no exceptions, in Germany and the Check Republic it's illegal but the laws aren't enforced, in Spain and public its illegal except in cases of rape and danger to the mohers help and birth defects.

I think Ireland only allows abortion if there is a risk to the health of the mother.

There was a recent referendum in Portugal on abortion. I think they're now about to legalise abortion, so long as it's within the first ten weeks.

I think it is illegal in Ireland, except in life threatining situations. Beyond that I don't know, either way it should not be illegal here, no matter how much I don't like it, it is constitutional.

I don't think so, but many don't have 'on demand' abortion laws.
