my impala is a 4 dr and it has a 2 piece driveshaft but there's no way i can get to the bearing because where the driveshaft is at is all sealed up. i dont know if the manufactorer made like it or if the owner did it. it's a solid plate that's welded on the bottom. should i cut around it or what. i can get to the bolts to loosen the bearing,but not the bearing itself. thank you. eric 626-890-9412 cellphone.

i had the same thing on myjeep they cut the driveline and re wield it i finally just had them make me a 1 piece driveline this is not a do it self job as it rquire a balance when completed
