A few people believe it. There are always those who have to have a conspiracy. There is no scientific evidence put forward by credible sources to support it.

I never believed in a conspiracy by the US. Now I'm not too sure. I have not watched Loose Change yet. I have looked at a lot of evidence about the colapse of these 3 buildings and gradually I began to think more about it. I can,t agree with the way the buildings collapsed, for instance, it would be unsual fot any tower to collapce upon itself so precicly let alone three buildings. On the other hand who would demolish these buildings in such a neat way if they wanted to create a phoney collapse. Yet the US has been kind of stupid about a lot of things.
So --- what happened?

Even if the burning airplane fuel did reach a temperature high enough to weaken the steel costruction it would happen on the floors where the fires were. Also it would be an unevan collapse and the buildings would fall over. Also the fires were likely burning at about 800 degrees - the stucture was such that the girders were protected by being encased in concrete thus lowering the temperature a great deal. My selfcleaning oven reaches 8oo degrees and I see no changes in the structure I see no melting of steel.

The area was quickly cleaned up but there was evidence of melted steel. This would not be possible with fires of air plane fuel.

You know that when an airplane shreds as the planes hitting the twin towers did the velosity would immediatly decrease substantially. One side of the tower would be affected by the plane's aluminan construction and fire. If the fire did burn at its highest possible heat it would not collapse the steel. The heat needed to damage the girders is much higher than would be poossible by burning jet fuel. If the heat, immposibley, reach temperatures high enought melt or weeken the steel structure it would affect only part of the structure and the structure would be made to fall sideways espetialy because of the huge dampening weight at the top of the tower.

There was no conspiracy, but there are a lot of people out there who want to believe there was a conspiracy because they want to live in a dream world. It's easier for them to believe our own government somehow jury-rigged the Twin Towers to fall than it is to believe that there are people out there who want to kill us for no other reason than the fact that we are Americans. A lot of these folks are convinced that believing in a conspiracy theory and speaking out against the government somehow makes them free-thinkers. What they don't realize is that they're conformists of the highest degree. They don't even bother to ask the hard questions -- they simply see something on the news or the Internet and they're gullible enough to believe it without any further investigation. So let them wear there jade-colored glasses, and hopefully the next time the terrorists decide to strike we can round a bunch of these idiots up and put them directly in the line of fire. Sad to say, but the only way these people will truly appreciate the threat of terrorism is to be killed by the terrorists.

1 - We live in a world where we are able to question events.

2 - The public has been lied to before EG Nixon & who can forget "I did not have sexual relations with THAT woman". There have also been lies about what has gone on in the diaster EG - NO ONE JUMPED TO THEIR DEATH FROM THE TOWERS. When it is clear that they did / people could not know that for certain (see 'The Falling Man')

3 - There are 'things' which do not quite add up about the situation EG the entry hole at the Pentagon / lack of wreckage.

4 - There are a number of strange concidences around the event EG - The Lone Gunman (X-files spin off) where they foiled a plot to slam a plane into the twin towers. The documentry about a probation firefighter. The scene was him on a platform The towers in the background with the Experienced Fire Officer saying "Don't worry - its early days, you'll get your fire" The date 10th Sept 2001

5 - Questions fuel other questions

I watched South Park and they explained the need for this conspiracy theory very well. The American people like to think it was their government that arranged the whole thing because it makes them feel their government is ultimately in control as oppose to Muslim terrorists creating a genuine and very scary terrorist threat. I guess that's why the Americans have conspiracy theories concerning just about every 'upsetting' death/event in it's history - more comforting to think their government planned it than their great nation being infiltrated by real enemies.

Hi,

It does sound fishy when u watch it but its so easy to fall into the trap of trying to find a reason when one doesn't exsist. It was a huge tragedy thats should never have happened, but who in there right mind would really expect us to believe that the US government did i to justify a war?

Because you are always going to find people who wont believe in anything unless they are part of it. There was no conspiracy.

i watched a docomentry on yourdailymedia.com and it showed the scientific side of it, very interesting also Bush was supposed to be the brains behind it all due to alot of american people not liking him so he thought he would get more respect by killing his own people.
