It wouldn't matter because if he cheats, he's gone.

I would personally like neither, but since you say we can't say that I would pick the one time thing because if my guy was cheating on me he should have dumped me and then gone out with that other girl. If it's a one time thing it's still bad, but its better than cheating. Hope that Helped!!!!!

If forced to chose, it would be better if he only had a one time thing. The marriage is still salvagable in that situation. If he has fallen in love with someone else, it's based more on fantasy than reality, and then fighting for the marriage becomes almost insurmaountable.
My marriage survived an affair that was not a one time thing. I was in love with a married man and it was a long journey repairing the damage I did.

I dont like either choice here at all but if i had to choose i would rather it be a noe time thing and not an ongoing affair that might never end. Once can be worked through with time and counseling and marriage counseling as well. Repeated cheatings are alot worse and much harder to work through.

Well, neither would be the only answer I could be satisfied with however, because you want a "one or the other" type answer, I would have to say, I'd rather it be a one off thing....
By the way, I'd still leave him anyway.

I'd rather he be in love with her so that I can hate him less. Like in the episode of Deperate Housewives where she sings a bad version of New York New York. Otherwise I'd feel a lacking in my self because he was trying to double dip the chip when I thought I was all the flavor he needed.

First of all I wouldn't want him to cheat at all. But if I had to answer the question then of course it would be the latter. If he is in love with her then there is no way you can ever mend things. He would always have her on his mind when he was with you and you would be able to feel this. Women's instincts..........

I say the attracted to the body...
Love is a whole other ball of wax.. a scrump is a scrump...
IF you had to choose between the two options given, neither is ideal.

One-time thing, of course. He can be attracted to whomever he wants, but he better only be in love with me, and me only.

He might as well be in love with her because he is going to have to find some place to live!! So I'd rather he was in love with her. @8-)
