you can go online search the web for english classes and get started online is the best way to learn english

have English friends, read, night classes, try word puzzles like word search and watch films. That's how i am learning German :-)

some colleges do free english learning classes you could go to them...other than that..watch and read alot of material and try to speak it more often too.

Buy a Bible (I'm serious), a dictionary, thesaurus, and read a challenging newspaper such as the WSJ or a magazine such as the Economist.
