The garage door opener is a craftsman 3/4 chain drive. The wall remote works but the keyless entry panel and the two remotes do not work. They did work when I first installed the garage door. This door is brand new. What could be the problem?

ok unit is locked out. you should have a three button wall control. one to open and close one to turn light on and off, and one that says lock. Press and hold lock button for five to ten seconds and release. Light on button should go solid. If you have doorbell style button you will need to get deluxe button to unlock. check out liftmaster.com or chamberlin.com. if this doesnt work there is a 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch button on back or side of operator. press button on operator then press button on remote. repeat for other remote. for keypad press button on operator then eneter code and hit enter. after programming remote and keypad opener should click and lights flash. if they dont you will need a circuit board. if you need help feel free to email me

you may need new batteries in the remotes and then reset the password for the keyless entry. follow the instructions in your manual to reset the keyless entry. if the incorrect password was entered 3 times or more it automatically shuts it off until you re-program. the remotes might need to be reprogrammed as well.
