Of course, with people today that want more government intrustion into their life to protect against some pissed of jihad-extremeist, that quote is highly unpopular.

If Ben were alive he'd be over two hundred years old. Who'd listen to anyone that old today?

All things considered 9&10 would have the most effect if they were put to use today. But even then the other party would slam you for not being perfect.
