Be nice to everyone. Dont talk about others behind their backs. Respect everyone. Basically, do onto others as you would have them do unto you.

Thats the way I worked (and still do to this day) in high school, and without tootin my own horn too much, I was one of the most popular guys in the place. I never had any enemies and was on good terms with pretty much everyone. Even the people who disliked me and I disliked them, we always managed to at least get along.
